NU Standard® Club [Subscribe & Save] Policy

Overview
Our subscription service is designed to offer [describe products or services] conveniently delivered to your doorstep. By subscribing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Subscription Activation
Your subscription will be activated once your initial payment is successfully processed. The first shipment will be dispatched according to our shipping schedule, detailed below.

Billing
Subscribers will be automatically billed every 30 days from the date of initial subscription. The charge will be applied to the payment method on file. We will send a reminder email before each billing cycle.

Shipping Schedule
  • Initial Shipment: Dispatched within 3 business days of subscription activation.
  • Recurring Shipments: Sent out every 30 days from the date of your initial order. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for each shipment.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are waived for all NU Standard® Club [Subscribe & Save] products orders. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or shipments outside our standard delivery areas.

Modifying Your Subscription
You can modify your subscription preferences, including skip or cancel, by accessing your account online or contacting customer service at team@nu-standard.com. Please make any changes at least 5 business days before your next scheduled shipment to ensure the modification is applied.

Cancellations
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. To cancel, please visit your account settings or contact our customer service. Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.

Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns of NU Standard® Club [Subscribe & Save] products after the 1st product order and returns or exchanges are not accepted. If you have any issues with your subscription or receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date your shipment for assistance.
