Shipping Policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in USA. Any shipments outside of USA are not available at this time.

Processing Time
Our commitment to ensuring the quality and accuracy of your order means we take the time to properly prepare and package your items. Typical processing time takes 2-3 business days before shipping (business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays). This processing timeframe begins after your order is placed and includes the time taken for verifying the order, preparing the items, and packaging them for shipment. Please note that processing time is separate from and in addition to shipping time.

Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. All delivery times provided are estimated times and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. Delivery times are estimates and based on the carrier’s shipping practices, the delivery location, and the items you order (which can affect shipping times). We work with reputable carriers to ensure that your order gets to you in a timely manner, but please be aware that delays can occur due to weather, service interruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment and get a more accurate idea of the delivery date. Please use this tracking number for the most current information regarding your shipment’s status.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Damaged Items in Transport
